Y'all!
I hope this finds you all well! I hope that everyone is
having a good back to school week! Summer is over! i hope everyones was great!
mine was i am loving africa! The summer is just starting here its called the
"hot season." But its been raining so much! and its been cold i love
it! I have now three shades darker than i have ever been! people make fun of my
tan lines all the time! but that okay! Ha! I count them as a blessing! They
area reminder of all walks i have made to save the children of men! haha! But
things are great here! i am clocking ten months in three weeks! so time is
flying! Me and my companion are great! we have seen so many miracles! since we
have been together mostly through prayer! we have aked many things of our
father in heaven and he has been so mindful! and active! The prayers of the
righteous are answered! So i have restarted the book of mormon and am in mosiah
finally! But i love reading from Enos its such a short but powerful chapter!
Enos was a prophet and he was the son of Jacob and wonderful and righteous
prohet of the lord. So Enos was "sorting out his issues" with the
lord he says " And i will tell you the wrestle which i had before God,
before i recieved a remission of my sins." So he was repenting. And "My
soul hungered and i kneeled down before my maker and i cried unto him in mighty
prayer and supplication for mine own soul." While in the middle of
petioning for mercy from heavnly father he hears as voice and it says "
Enos thy sins are forgiven thee, and thou shalt be blessed." Heavenly
Father answers his prayers right then and there! How great is that! And enos replies "Lord how is it
done?" and God says "Because of thy faith in Christ." That is
breath taking. When i think about how mindful he was of his servant. He answered
him. He loves us all so much that he is willing to forgive us and answer our
prayers. They might now come in the time that we want or the way that we want
but without a doubt i know he will answer. Because we are his children and he
wants to communicate with us. It might not be as dramactic as Enos but it will
be equally powerful. So i urge you to "kneel down before your maker"
and thank him for everything that you have and ask for what you need. And i
know he will answer you. Thank him in times of good and bad. For he always
worthy of such. He loves you and wants to hear from you and we should always
want to talk and hear from him. He has been answering my prayers like crazy
lately and i can't believe it! i am so grateful! Its unbelieveable! I love you all
have a great week! Pray for strength and guidance! and always have an attitube
of thanksgiving Y'all are the best!
