Hello Everyone this email is going to be short and sweet because i am emailing very late and i have a Christmas party to attend! But this week was a good week! I went on exchanged to a place called Ndirande! i love that place! I went with sister proctor and we had so much fun! and it was a good experiences spiritually. Truly the spirit worked through us. I am so grateful for the time we had! We realized that we should be dead from the food that we eat everyday! we walked pasted shops and stuff and it was just crazy to think we eat that stuff! #fdaNOTapporved! The lord preserves his servants! We had a branch chrsitmas party and it was so good! the branch was super united i loved it! and the missionaries we put on the nativity i was mary! it was super sweet the branch loved it! And we had a good sabbath! I wish i could tell you all more but like i said our mission president is here and we have a party to go to everyone have a good week! love you all! Oh and i ate a goat it wasnt bad at all!
But, before i go! i just want to share something small small! I want to share the birth of the Savior. it in the book of luke chapter two
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.
10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
I love these verses and i would love for all of you to ponder them and think about what christmas means to you. As you may all be unwrapping gifts and wrapping them. Take time to think about the greats test gift that came without wrapping. But it came with love and hope! truly the story of the saviors birth is humbling. And i just want us all to think about it.
The savior means so much to me. And as i read the story my heart is too full! full of gratitude! for his parents who did what they did! mary is an amazing women! and Gratitude for other father in heaven who loves us so much! to have given us a timeless gift! and For the savior. Who everyday makes me a better person! who everyday forgives me of my tresspass. Who loves me and i can truly feel of that! oh how grateful i am. well i love you all and i hope you get the chance to give back to the savior.
